Great Central Location - Comfortable and Affordable

Estra's location at 1385 Carr St. Lakewood, CO offers a workshop, training, movement, yoga space available for rent on an hourly, daily or multi-day basis. There is approximately 900 sq ft of carpeted area perfect for yoga or other movement classes and a 300 sq ft raised stage area.

The space backs up to the James J. Richey Park at 1301 Carr St. and offers plenty of free onsite parking. A sink and small refrigerator are available for use, as well as 16 chairs and 1-6 ft table available as part of the rental fee.

• The standard rate for use of the group room is $25 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.
• The rate is discounted for an on-going or a daily reservation.
• On-going reservations (for 6 consecutive weeks or more) are $20 per hour with a $35 minimum per week.
• A four-hour daily rental will be $85, a full day is $150, and a Saturday-Sunday weekend is $250.
• The space can be reserved for a date up to 6 months in advance with a 50% deposit.
• Half of the deposit will be refunded if the event is cancelled at least two weeks before the scheduled start time. After that time, the deposit is non-refundable.
• The balance of the amount is due before the event begins.
• The room is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and is deemed reserved once a deposit is received.
• On-going reservations are to be paid monthly in advance in full by the first day of each month.
